Our commitment
Boxwood House supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the principles of the United Nations Global Compact. We are committed to ensuring that we are not complicit in human rights abuses, whether directly through our own operations or indirectly through our business relationships.
Principles
In conducting our business, we are guided by the following principles:

- We ensure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses
- We respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of every individual we work with
- We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, including on the basis of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, disability, age, or sexual orientation
- We are committed to fair, ethical, and transparent business practices in every engagement
- We expect our clients, partners, and suppliers to share these values and uphold equivalent standards
Due diligence
Before entering into new engagements, we consider the human rights implications of our work. Where concerns arise, we take appropriate steps to assess, mitigate, and address potential adverse impacts. We will not knowingly engage in work that contributes to human rights violations.
Scope and accountability
